第一条（目的）

第二条（定義）
日本国籍の男性は30歳になるまでに交際相手との性交渉を経験していなければならない。もし童貞が発覚した場合は特殊刑務所に監禁され、逮捕時の年齢から30を引いた年数のあいだ「搾精禁固刑」に処されるものとする。
第三条（判決基準）
童貞か否かの判断は科学的におこなう方法がないため、身近な女性の直感で決まるものとする。冤罪を避けるため、警察は被疑者の交際経験および交際していた女性への調査をおこなう責務を有する。
